We open the opportunity at select times per year to allow Black or Afro worldwide authors to sign up. We are currently not accepting new books. An Instagram post will notify authors when it is reopened. Follow us on Instagram at BuyBlackAuthors.

The reason why we limit signups is we are focused on creating partnerships with bookstores, libraries, corporate libraries and more. We want your book to be sold at multiple distribution points throughout the United States. We are targeting for you to have exposure and sales from multiple sources not just this website.

Also, when a book sale is made, you will receive 100% of the purchase price minus credit card fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) of the book paid within 3 to 5 days of purchase. We are able to send the user to your website for purchase also.

What is our plan?

In 2023, I will focus more on placement. Where we are. What type of books appeal to what audience. Where they are located. It's more about collaboration, partnerships, and strategy.

It's about implementing new programs. Audiobooks and ebooks are on the roadmap for 2023. As are B2B collaborations. It's about being where folks want to purchase.
